I would love to say these are homegrown tomatoes. They are not. These are from the local farmer's market. I thought the color was a great play against the aqua blue Ball jars. I am very tickled to announce the painting won a first place ribbon at the Under The Influence Show at the Tannery.

Painting The Region

I was recently selected to participate in "Painting The Region" for a week long event in Jacksonville, Florida. They have also selected one of my paintings for the cover. A percentage of all the sales that week will benefit the North Florida Land Trust. Jacksonville is a wonderful art city and I am looking forward to painting the town.

5th Annual Historic Buford Plein Air Festival
We hosted the 5th Annual Historic Buford Plein Air Festival this past weekend. We had over 35 artists from around the
Southeast paint with us. The artists were great sports fighting with the uncooperative weather. We had a great turnout
for the reception and the first painting to sell was to 10 year old Grace, a new art collector, she was saving for a basketball
net but had to have Holly's painting instead. I hear it was hung right after the reception Saturday night.
