We just got back from The Pastel Society Of America Show in New York. As you can see I was inspired. Taxi! will be one of my entries in our upcoming show at Tannery Row Artist Colony called "Under The Influence" October 15th from 6-9pm.
I would love to say these are homegrown tomatoes. They are not. These are from the local farmer's market. I thought the color was a great play against the aqua blue Ball jars. I am very tickled to announce the painting won a first place ribbon at the Under The Influence Show at the Tannery.
I was recently selected to participate in "Painting The Region" for a week long event in Jacksonville, Florida. They have also selected one of my paintings for the cover. A percentage of all the sales that week will benefit the North Florida Land Trust. Jacksonville is a wonderful art city and I am looking forward to painting the town.
